Collaboration / Ghostwriting

For an author whose overriding goal is to "put a message out there," (often in tandem with significant forward steps in an evolving career), I can offer a collaborative relationship.
This means that I will write the entire nonfiction book manuscript, using existing material the author-expert has produced, supplemented by interviews and, perhaps, additional research. Collaborative editorial services are also available for other genres, including memoir, creative nonfiction, and fiction.
My goal will be to create a tone or "voice" that matches what the author would have used.
Collaboration additionally means that the author's name is displayed prominently on the book's cover, while the writer's name, preceded by the qualifier, "With," appears unobtrusively.
I am also willing to work as a true ghostwriter, foregoing any mention by name, either on the cover or inside the book (though the hourly rate for ghostwriting is one-third higher).
